Event Calender Fall 2024

Dates to remember:

• Sept 12, 7pm at Rutledge City Hall- Support our joint venture for the Nance House. Short update- The City of Rutledge would like to pass ownership/upkeep to an organization in the community. The chamber is working with tourism, historic society, (and possibly Clinch Powell) to form a new 501c3 to take on the endeavor should the City be willing to pass ownership to us. We need community support on this matter.
• Sept 19, 8am Grainger Tourism Meeting- This meeting may be attended via Zoom, if you would like an invitation please reach out. Physical Location TBD.
• Sept 27th- 5:30p-8p- Food Truck Friday at Grainger County Park- Enjoy a variety of food, get a little play in at the park, and enjoy the evening!
  
• October 3, 5:30pm Grainger Chamber Meeting- Everyone is always encouraged to attend. This meeting is normally held at the Chamber Office on Water Street (in the same building as the UT Extension office). 
• October 4 & 5, Grainger County Fall Festival- Enjoy the weekend at the 4th annual Fall Festival at the Grainger County Park! See Grainger Parks & Rec for more information
• October 5th 5pm- 9pm- Haints & History at the Fall Festival- This is a walking tour event that benefits the Grainger County Historic Society- 10.00 for adults, 5.00 for children. Learn some history, get a little spooky, and get a little exercise! (Trail is paved and should be okay for those with mobility needs). See the Historic Society Facebook for more information
• October 5th- Grainger Humane Society Fishing Tournament- Registration starts at 4:30am, at 25E Bridge Ramp- see Grainger Humane Society for more information.
• October 19th- 9a to 5p Bean Station Harvest Festival- Come enjoy the day with music, food, and get a jump on holiday shopping! Bean Station Harvest Festival Page
• November 2- Grainger County Fishing Tournament- More information soon
• November 2, 2024 - 9a-4p Fall Shopping Expo- Rutledge Elementary School, 7480 Rutledge Pike, Rutledge, TN 37861- Support local businesses and get in all of your holiday shopping! Sponsored by the Hometown Businesses of Grainger County. Hometown Grainger Site
• November 7 5:30p- Grainger County Chamber Meeting
