Silent Meditation Gathering

We invite you join us each Sunday from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm for silent meditation. When weather is favorable, we will meet at our outdoor meditation area beside the labyrinth. On cool or rainy days we will meet at Narrow Ridge's Mac Smith Resource Center, 1936 Liberty Hill Rd, Washburn, TN. Participants may choose sitting or walking meditation. A reading is shared each week by a different community member. This event is open to people of all faith perspectives as well as those who do not identify with a particular faith tradition.
