Natural Burial Preserve Volunteer Workday

Fall is in the air and visible in the trees and on the land. With the dying back of wildflowers and vegetation, it is a great time to take on the work of cleaning up our lower Natural Burial Preserve. Friends and community members are invited to join us on Sunday , October 18th from 3:30 to 5:00 pm to help us clear weeds and briars from graves in the lower Natural Burial Preserve. Volunteers are requested to bring a water bottle, heavy work gloves, and loppers and/or weed eater if you've got them. The workday will be followed by a community potluck at Strawbale Lodge at 5:30 PM. For questions call 865-497-2753 or email [email protected].
