What we do: Real Estate: Led by Regina, our CEO & Broker, whose passion for real estate spans more than three decades, has found joy in helping hundreds of families and businesses successfully navigate the real estate process. Her customer-first approach, combined with creative problem-solving and a deep understanding of the market, has earned her a reputation for helping clients find solutions that work for their unique situations. The team offers 2% listing fees and connects clients with numerous programs for first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and businesses to meet their goals. Construction: Led by John, our President & Director of Field Operations, worked his up way from laborer to commercial superintendent and brings over 30 years of experience to every project. John understands every aspect of the building process and leads Endurance Construction with a focus on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceeding client expectations. We handled any job, big or small, residential or commercial. The rest of the Team: Soon after the company's launch, Regina's son, Mike, joined the team as a Realtor and Project Coordinator, serving as a bridge between finding a property and building it out. Followed by Arica, who serves as Operations Manager and helps keep the day-to-day running smoothly. Mike and Arica can often be found out in the community, supporting local initiatives, and building relationships throughout the area. Their dedication reflects the company's belief that success is measured not only by business growth but also by the positive impact they can have in the communities they serve. While Arica grew up here, it did not take the rest long to fall in love with the charm of Grainger Co. and the people who make it special. That appreciation for the community and all it offers continues to inspire Enduro’s mission to provide dependable service while giving back whenever possible.
