These rules apply to all parade participants. You will be required to acknowledge each item during the online registration process.
All parade entries must register in advance.
Participants are responsible for the safety and behavior of everyone in their group.
All entries must follow the instructions of parade officials at all times.
Drivers must maintain safe speeds and keep a safe distance between entries.
All vehicles must be properly insured, and all drivers must hold a valid driver’s license.
Participation in the parade involves certain risks, including interaction with spectators, other entries, vehicles, animals, and weather conditions.
By registering, participants acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety requirements to help ensure a safe event for everyone.

Walkers must stay alongside their parade entry at all times.
Candy must be handed directly to spectators — not tossed, dropped, or scattered.
Walkers must help prevent children from approaching moving vehicles.
Participants who choose to throw candy assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages caused.
The Chamber’s insurance does not cover injuries caused by thrown candy.
This rule is strictly enforced for the safety of children and spectators.
